Remember that the house has only 8 rooms so we recommend to do in advance to ensure your stay.
Reservation deposit will have to pay the amount corresponding to 50% of our bank account or call to facilitate the number of your credit card.
The payment of the remainder will be met on arrival.
CANCELLATION REFUND
-The refund of the deposit if the cancellation is made more than forty days before the date fixed for occupying the accommodation.
-Reimbursement of 50% of the amount of the deposit when the cancellation is made with forty-four or less and more than fourteen years.
-We charge 100% of the deposit if the cancellation is made fourteen days or less.
-We recommend that you take out insurance to cover the costs of change.
We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees in case of canceling the reservation to anticipate short-term or exit.
